Rental & Reservations
Our townhouse is large enough to accommodate a group of 6 to 8 people comfortably. While we welcome stays of all lengths, stays of less than one week require a two (2) day minimum. A $90 cleaning fee will be applied to all stays of five (5) nights or less. This unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
RENTAL RATES
For the best rates possible, we ask that you contact us with the rental dates you would be interested in along with the number of guest who will be staying in the townhouse. For stays over two weeks, please inquiry about our special discount.

What is included with my rental?
Please refer to the Accommodations section for additional information regarding sleeping arrangements, bathrooms and living space. The Amenities section lists all of the comfort, recreational and entertainment amenities, which are included, at not additional cost, as part of your rental.
