Why stay in a small, noisy hotel room? Our air-conditioned tropical theme town home is professionally decorated and luxuriously appointed focusing on the comfort and privacy of the guests who frequent it. For the utmost comfort also included are two king master bedroom suites with ultra-plush pillow-top mattresses. Additional custom features include decorative painting, extra curtains, state-of-the-art digital entertainment, fully equipped kitchen, an additional third bedroom suite with two single beds, plus much more. FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you will find the main entrance, a one-car garage, a king master bedroom suite with private full bath and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The master suite located on this floor offers a king-size bed, a private full bath and French doors leading out to a patio. The laundry area includes a full size washer and dryer. If you are boarding a flight, you can pack light and wash a few clothes in the middle of the week. An ironing board and iron will also be provided. For the traveler who does not like a “hot car” remember a one-car garage is included. There is private parking for two cars, one in the garage and one in omni-stone driveway. Some business travelers like to use the garage for displays and golfers like to use the garage to store their gear.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. For the person who loves a great home-cooked meal while away, the kitchen is well equipped for every need and includes full-size appliances, wood cabinets with crown molding, corian countertops, and a bar. There is a one-half bath off of the kitchen area. Next to the kitchen is a separate dining area with a full size dining room set.
The great room area provides a lot of space and leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door, which open to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area for even more privacy. The great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors.
After a long day at the parks or at business meetings, feel free to enjoy the large 42-inch Panasonic Plasma HDTV, DVD Player, and Play Station 2. Also included are hi-definition cable services with 230 channels plus premium channels in this main living area. Bring along your computer and utilize the wireless internet services provided. The sofa also turns into a queen sleeper if you want to bring along additional guests.
THIRD FLOOR
The third floor is all about privacy and a peaceful night's sleep. Here you will find the second king master suite with its own private full bath and walk-in closet. Across the hall is the third bedroom with two single beds. Generous spacing between the two bedrooms ensures privacy for everyone. Each spacious bedroom has its own private luxuriously decorated bathroom. All bedroom have an LG 20 inch LCD HDTV and a DVD player. For your convenience bedding and bath linens are provided.
CHILD FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATIONS
We are child friendly! Hotel quality compact crib with 4" innerspring mattress, pack'n play with bassinet, changer, and mattress pad, high chair, booster seat, and stroller available free of charge upon request.
